Find them at your local garden center or from a friendly gardener who has some extra to share.
Not sure how to start? Pick up one or more kinds of basil, mint, and parsley. Still have room? Add cilantro, rosemary, and sage. These are great flavor enhancers for many people, but if you are managing your intake of FODMAPs they can be a truly wonderful addition to your meals.
Having personally struggled with weight and gut health issues, I understand how easy it is to think that food is the enemy especially with the changes our bodies undergo as we age. It doesn’t have to be that way!
